My name is Tamara Abdulhamed I am a nutritionist soon to be Registered dietitian. Currently holding a position as a family coach center. I love helping family’s and community in all aspects of life. I love tennis, board games, tea, and my cats. My goal in life is to bring a positive impact to family’s and my community.
